Inbound Sales is a fast moving environment where each call can be for a different client and unique product. Using dynamic technology, you will take orders, upsell and cross sell, increasing average order values with structured selling practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Upselling and cross selling on every opportunity presented in order to increase revenue
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling plus special promotions on a wide range of retail products
- Place customer orders and resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact efficiently
Reporting to the Project Manager, and working as a key member of the project team, you would be involved in:
- Initiating: check project feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources
- Planning: this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles / responsibilities and producing schedules and timelines for tasks
- Managing: which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
- Risk management: minimize / mitigate risks to ensure delivery is on time and implement any necessary change control throughout the process
- Monitoring and control: track project progress using company project tools
- Closing: including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for the next project
- Reporting: regularly to the Project Manager
